You, or someone you know, may be struggling with mental health issues but don’t have direct access to therapy or key information which could be of help. This can be for a variety of reasons from isolation to fear of stigma or simply not knowing which way to turn for help.
To fill this gap, 3Ts have produced a series of self-help booklets across a range of topics that will serve as a ‘first step’ towards recovery. These booklets are written by clinical psychologists and will provide the reader with key cognitive behavioural techniques to help manage common mental health problems. Studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of high quality self-help materials in the treatment of mild to moderate psychological problems.The booklets are available to download here
