Alcohol Awareness Week

Alcohol Awareness Week, runs this year, from the 31st of March until the 4th of April, 2014.  It aims to stimulate a collective response to the issue of alcohol related harm in Ireland, by getting people to examine alcohol related issues, and how they impact all of us.   

 

As part of this, The Alcohol Forum are hosting a Conference on the 2nd of April, 2014, under the theme, “Alcohols Harm to Others, When Their Drinking Becomes Your Problem“.  Organisations are invited to host events of their choice, under this theme.  The only criteria is, that the participating organisations, have no connnections with, or receive funding or support from the drinks industry.

 

There are full day and half day booking options for The Conference, which is on the 2nd of April, 2014.   A half day booking is €30, and a full day booking is €90, and payment can be made by using PayPal,  using an Electronic Bank Transfer,or we can invoice you and you can pay by cheque.  The full day option includes lunch, and Master Classes in the afternoon, with Professor Robin Room and Professor Moira Plant.

 

Bookings can be placed by following the  hyperlinks on the Information Pack and Info pack for the Conference.  These will take you directly to the EventBrite event management system, were you can book and print your ticket.
