Saol Nua Art Exhibition at The Dock

Saol Nua, a social group based in Breffni Family Resource Centre in Carrick on Shannon for people who have learning difficulties or mental health issues are hosting an Art Exhibition at The Dock on Tuesday, 9th September from 1pm to 4pm in recognition of Worldwide Suicide Prevention Day.

World Suicide Prevention Day – High Tea & Talk 2014

World Suicide Prevention Day takes place across the globe on September 10. To mark this event, Suicide or Survive (SOS) will run for the whole month of September their national “High Tea & Talk” campaign where everyone is encouraged to just take the time to talk, open up and also listen to those who may need to share a few thoughts.
